Tours of Mid-York

All trustees are welcome to contact Mid-York to come for a tour at your own convenience. You will meet the employees and find out the behind-the-scenes work that is done to provide service to member libraries. There is also a once a month tour for the public. You can also invite Mid-York staff to come to your library board meeting to focus on a particular topic. Trustee education is a good way to make your library strong.

New Revised booklet from DLD

The Division of Library Development has just released a revision of its Statement on The Role of a Trustee or Board Member booklet. There are 2-3 copies available at Mid-York now. It can also be accessed at the following web site: www.regents.nysed.gov .
